AUDIOVOX WIRELESS BACK-UP CAMERA & 4.5"SCREEN (INSTALLED)

Overview: The Audiovox ACA450 Wireless Backup Camera/Monitor Package is designed to assist you by providing a clear and wide image of the area behind your vehicle whenever the vehicle is shifted into reverse. The Audiovox ACA450 Package consists of a wireless 4.5" LCD display monitor and wireless license plate bracket back-up camera.

Note: Never rely solely on this product to ensure the are is clear of children and/or obstruction. Use this monitor as well as look behind you and to the side. This product is not intended to replace existing safety procedures, but rather to add an additional safety tool for your vehicle.

Wireless LCD Monitor: The 4.5-inch, 16:9, TFT Color LCD monitor features a resolution of 960 x 234, a contrast ratio of 150:1, a brightness of 400 cd/m2, and a 10,000 hour backlight life. The LCD monitor features a built-in 2.4 GHz receiver so it receives video signal from the back-up camera wirelessly. The LCD monitor comes with a visor clip mount or a suction cup mount which features an adjustable head that rotates 360-degrees and swivels left/right and up/down.  The LCD monitor can receive signal from up to 4 cameras. There is a channel switch (1-4) located on back of the LCD monitor. The LCD monitor's channel switch should be set to 4 to receive signal from the included camera. The LCD monitor can be powered using the supplied cigarette lighter adapter or hardwired using the supplied power/ground wire.

Note: Reception can be affected by use of other wireless products utilizing the same frequency such as cell-phone and Bluetooth products.

Wireless Back-Up Camera: The wireless camera features a built-in 2.4 GHz transmitter which transmits a video signal wirelessly to the LCD monitor. The camera utilizes a 1/4" CMOS sensor and offers 480 lines of horizontal resolution with a minimum illumination of 0.3 Lux. The camera mounts behind the license plate so it does not obstruct the license plate in any way and features a weather resistant housing. The back-up camera can be angled up or down and features a 130-degree wide angle view. The camera features a Normal or Reverse Image View mode. The camera receives its power by connecting power and ground to your vehicle's back-up lights.
